Returns & Refunds Policy

HH Candle Co.

Each HH Candle Co. piece is thoughtfully crafted in small batches and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This includes:

  • Used or burned products

  • Change of mind or scent preference

  • Orders damaged due to improper use or storage

Candles are personal, consumable items, and for hygiene and safety reasons, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Kelly@HHCandleCo.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly review the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or store credit.

Local Pickup Orders

Orders placed for studio pickup are also final sale. Please inspect your items at pickup and notify us immediately if there are any concerns.
