Thank you for choosing HH Candle Co. Each order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged in our studio to ensure it arrives safely to your space.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time reflects the care and attention given to each order and does not include transit time.
Please note: While our candles are small-batch and thoughtfully prepared, they are not poured to order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your selected shipping method. We primarily ship via UPS to ensure reliable delivery and careful handling.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Local Studio Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Gulf Breeze Studio by appointment only.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to coordinate a pickup time. Pickup details, including location information, will be shared after appointment confirmation.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. HH Candle Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Warm Weather Notice
During warmer months, we take precautions to protect your order. However, HH Candle Co. is not responsible for melting due to weather conditions once the package is in transit.
